Our Deluxe Picnic includes Duration: 2hrs of quality time Assorted Pillows and Rugs/Blankets Tableware (Plate setting , cups and utensils) Small Charcuterie Board ( Genoa, White cheddar and Toasted rounds ) A bottle of wine Trash can available picnic side Personalized Chalkboard Picnic Essential Basket: Bug Spray, Sunscreen, Hand Sanitizer, Paper Napkin Bluetooth Speaker Film Camera with (10 films ready and loaded) Set up and Clean up If able please leave extra hotel parking pass at the front desk for your picnic planner. Arrangements will be discussed in first initial consultation on your booked picnic about site.

Cancellation Policy

You will receive a contract and invoice that is catered to your event. A 50% non refundable deposit is required. Due to weather cancellation we do offer all our guest to move the picnic to an early or later time as well to another date. All deposits are non refundable.
